Mike Dobson Estate Agency is a long established independent Estate Agents. We first opened for business in January 1983, in Garforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire. Since 1983 our company has built on its reputation for providing an excellent service and expanded. Mike Dobson Estate Agents now have branches in neighbouring Sherburn in Elmet, which opened in 1987 and Kippax in 1998.
Mike and his committed team have a thorough knowledge of the local area, being the longest established independent estate agents in Garforth. Our independent status is important to us and our clients. It means that we can be more flexible, totally dedicated to our customer's needs and deliver a more professional service.
We are connected to the Home Sale Network, a group of the best independent estate agents nationally, which brings together buyers and sellers, giving then the widest choice of properties throughout over 750 offices in the UK . Whilst still offering an expert local service.
We are proud to be members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), and the Estate Agents Ombudsman's Scheme. Our membership of the NAEA is a safeguard that ensures your experience of dealing with us is a good one.
In addition to our residential sales service we also have a lettings and property management arm, which trades as Denby Beevers. It is based in Leeds City Centre, but also covers the same geographic area as the estate agency.
Independent mortgage advice is available through our trading partner Apartment and Home Mortgages Ltd. As independent mortgage brokers they have access to products and lenders to suite a wide range of financial circumstances.
